It was time for a service on my hearing aid at the Audiology Department at Hinchinbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon, yesterday. Rather than pay the outrageous parking charge at the hospital fortunately I am still fully mobile so parked at the nearby country park and enjoyed a brisk walk before popping into the hospital. It was a world of naked trees in gentle winter light, shared with a few dog walkers. The play areas for adults and children were not exactly busy nor was the cafe.
