I took a stroll around the Swiss Garden at Old Warden yesterday and it is in its winter clothes, including a little thin ice on the ponds and lake. I am pretty sure that the bird on the lake is a juvenile great crested grebe. There are always things to see in the garden at any time of the year. To complete the post I have added another snap of the receding floods in St Neots.
