I popped down to Old Warden yesterday for a wander around the Swiss Garden and to look through the Shuttleworth Collection. Both are worth frequent visits as they both change all of the time, plants in the garden and movement of planes in the collection. The headline picture is from the Engineering shop where winter maintenance is in full swing including for this wonderful Bristol Fighter. On a sunny February day there were some interesting machines on the flight line including a regular visiting Piper Cub and a rarer Quik R ultralight. Although sunny the ultralight pilot was wisely very well wrapped up. I have included a couple of general photos from the garden and, of course some more snowdrops. Sunshine and stained glass always works.
