A Thursday morning at Old Warden and time to look at a few aeroplanes in the Shuttleworth Collection and others. The Tiger Moths arrived a while back from Cambridge airport where they are no longer welcome. There were a few hardy souls taking dream trips on a slightly misty morning. It is always a challenge to find interesting pictures when you visit a place so often and my pal Paul is always up for a challenge and there is always something to see in the Engineering Workshop like a chipmunk pretending to be a ladybird. Of course I cannot resist a selfie in the shiny Ryan monoplane. The landscape was part of a Redifusion flight simulator which the volunteer is restoring. He uses Monopoly houses as the basis for homes onto which he then paints windows and doors. Impressive detail. It was quite busy which must be good news.
