Here are a few pictures from a lovely weekend in Scotland with family celebrating a couple of birthdays, Rosie at three and Douglas at a little older. The new patio got some action. Very nice. It is always lovely to spend time with family and, of course, the sun shone. We took Sam the border collie for a walk in the park on Anne and Douglas’s doorstep which has nice views of the hills to the south. Mind you it is not always sunny. Anne and I went to Cramond for a walk and a chance to see a bench arranged by our cousin Mary for our Aunt Alison and her brother Roddy. An emergency stop for coffee avoided the heaviest of the rain. The ducks and heron were not worried.
